It all began with my school holiday visits to my grandmother in the Atlas mountains of Morocco, where the scent of roasted almonds and the shimmer of golden argan oil filled every kitchen.

I remember watching her walk through the family’s land, collecting argan kernels, cracking them one by one, and gently grinding them into a smooth paste. With patience and care, she would press the paste to extract the Argan Oil, then drizzle it over warm tagines, infusing every meal with warmth, love, and wisdom passed down through generations.

Those moments left a deep imprint on me they taught me that food is more than sustenance. It’s connection, culture, and care for both people and nature.
